• You book a time and location for a member of our team to collect your instrument.
• We collect your instrument, repair and service it.
• We contact you once the repair or service is complete with a total cost of service.
• you receive a link to book your drop off date and time.
• A member of our team will return your instrument to your address where payment can be completed
